        Easy access to chemical plant. Pool table was great while waiting for Laundry. Easy access to freeport area.

        The owner of this RV park also owns Kountry Ranch. Make reservations here at your own risk! Made a reservation at Kountry Ranch on Dec 21 for Dec 26 thru Dec 30. Had a family emergency and had to cancel on Dec 22. Manger said she couldn't refund I would need to talk to owner who was out of the country. Called owner on Dec. 29 to request a refund. Owner said I had to cancel 7 days in advance. That was impossible as I had only made the reservation 5 days in advance. Lost the entire $231. The owner is a crook. Very very unprofessional and unethical.
