Dr. Carter told my family that "he would be out of town" so that is why they are waiting. Funny thing is we took her to the ER and they admitted her and are doing the PEG tube tomorrow and Dr. Carter is doing it and is not out of town. So we caught him in a lie and when we did he got all fussy with us and when we asked why he said "because she refused the PEG tube 3 weeks ago and just don’t get in a hurry for those type of patients" I would like to know how she is in the wrong for trying to be a strong women and do this on her own? NOTHING is wrong with that! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

NEVER would recommend him to anyone. He is a rude cocky individual who talks to you like you are stupid. My nanny just found out in Febuary that she has stage 4 Squamous Cell Carsenoma on her lymphnodes, base of tounge, and throat. She has not eaten a solid meal since Thanksgiving and has been on a liqiud diet (I wouldnt consider half an ensure a day a liquid diet) and has lost over 50 lbs since this has started. 3 weeks ago she told Dr. Carter that she wanted to wait on the PEG tube and see if she could do it herself and eat on her own. Turns out she tried and she just couldnt do it. She had an appt with Dr. Carter yesterday and they scheduled the surgery for NEXT monday here the last few weeks she has been losing a pound a day and there is no telling how she would be next monday with how dehydrated she was.
