Save your money. Owner violates terms and conditions, leaves classic cars outside in winter, falsifies information regarding contracts and sales. Save your money and spend it with volo auto museum. My father in law passed away and Thomas, the owner, decided it would be a great time to collect his "fee" for advertising. When we called Thomas to explain that we heard the car was outside and we would like it inside he promised to move it in right away. We immediately got a bad vibe from him and decided that we should go and pick up the vehicle because my father in law worked way too hard to have his car sit outside. When we arrived we were told he would be right with us. That is when Ron walked in with their lunch and we had to wait so Thomas could finish eating. Thomas finally penciled us in on his "busy schedule" and came out to talk to us. We explained that at the current moment we were unable to sell the vehicle due to legal problems with the estate and would like to move it to our own storage facility. Thomas told us that was fine, if we paid $315 for the "advertising fees" that he acquired for trying to sell the car. We were willing to pay it once the estate has been cleared and to send us a bill. Thomas then proceeded to go back in his office and hand write a receipt. We explained that things are confusing at the moment and we are just trying to take the car to our own facility to mourn and enjoy my father in laws work. The written contract between Thomas and my father in law did not state anywhere that if he doesn't sell it, you must reimburse him. We exclaimed that "no where in the contract does it state he owes money for advertising reimbursement." Thomas' response was "but no where in the contract says it doesn't." Thomas also told us that he has had many interested parties but no one has put an offer in. I'm no car salesman but every vehicle I've had I've sold in less than 3 weeks. I have sold more than 6 of my vehicles. We had to call the police and were forced to pay Thomas' cut. Ron and Thomas are EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude and use profanity. Make sure that if you're preparing to sell your car here that you know what you are getting yourself into. This is the last thing we needed to go through at the moment and Thomas needed to "kick somebody while they were down." Was told that I would be punched if I came back on the property by Thomas and ron. Another used car business scam.
