Dunkin'

Well I was a customer there till yesterday, Fathers Day, in the past when I go I order a bagel SCOOPED "that means cut in half and some of the bread removed and toasted with cream cheese. Well I am a diabetic so I do not need the carbs. So I ordered my wife's food and when I asked to have the bagel SCOOPED I was told on speaker "No we do not do that" so I repeated and said in the past they always have done this. She said not any more, not Sorry these days we are so busy or let me see what I can do" NOTHING ! I went to the window and paid for my wife's food and lost my temper and yelled.

Nothing like waking up late and driving to get your favorite morning food and coffee and get treated in this manor. She did offer to give me the food and I scoop it and apply the Cream cheese but that is why I am in the drive thru and this is not customer service.

I have eaten inside many times but I will not depend on going there again and depending on them to make my day bright.

I know not many people read this and the owner probably will not or does not care he has lines. But if something else opened he would loose customers with this kind of service, boy this made my day rotten.
