Couture Cleaners

The man is blatantly dishonest and untrustworthy. It's no wonder he has an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau! He admits to damaging my garment while trying to remove a stain, and for the past 5 months has made ridiculous excuses for not fixing the problem he caused. I have made 11 trips to his establishment so far, each time relying on his word that the garment will be ready when promised. He simply lies. I swear an employee of his told me that the owner, Randy, is there but is hiding behind the rear store entrance. Excuses given were "I was too busy"; "I'm sorry I forgot about it." "Matching the color I bleached out to the original is harder than I thought." "It's not ready because I think I'm getting cancer of the throat because of the chemicals I use." "The factory did not being it back yet."
RUN from this business. It's not only me because on trips there I hear other customer's complaints. You will eventually regret using them.

Horrible!!!!! Do not go here!!!!!!! The most unprofessional cleaners I've ever seen in my life .The owner promised me my rugs would be cleaned in two weeks it took almost 3 months , and that's after getting them back because they weren't properly clean the first time ! He had an excuse every single day !!!
