MD Now Urgent Care

Horrible experience! I went because I started to come down with something my coworker had. Dr. Washington, if you can even call her that, was a throwback to an experience I had several years ago at the clinic. I got my temperature checked, my pulse, and my ears. That's nice if you need half a physical. I came in with a cough, scratchy throat, and clogged nose. You would think my throat and nose would have been the next logical progression in checking to identify what was going on. Bear in mind, my coworker has acute bronchitis at this point. You would think mentioning that would encourage further assessment of where the coughing is emanating from. Nope! Apparently, I have flu-like symptoms with the bare minimum of care generated to reach such a determination. I even mentioned running a test and having experienced a similar brush off as before. I went to pick up the prescription. Well over $100 for two or three medications. I called back the clinic, only to be told Mucinex DM and Emergen-C would do the job. I'm already on that stuff. This clinic is a gigantic waste of time and money. I'm going to contact my insurance and explain my experience. With any luck, they can dispute the lack of quality care I received. Especially considering I didn't even really get checked for my illness.

The staff was nice, quick service, minimal paperwork. The doctor was polite and thorough with the treatment I received. I will return. Also want to note is was very affordable.

My one stop shop. One child injured in a school activity and another child with a minor cold. MD Now took care of both at the same time, great service and the staff is GREAT!

Fast service, quicker and much less expensive than any ER, if you do not believe then go to the ER and see for yourself. The ER is expensive and Md now is so much quicker and better, unless you are having a heart attack then Urgent Care is the place to go.

Beautiful facility! My son received exceptional care from Dr. Ingram. We will be using MD Now for all of our future medical needs and are excited that they are right around the corner!

My family and I have been patients with MD Now since they opened and we have never had anything less than a five star experience. Most recently, we had to take our 3 year old daughter in for a cut on her chin; we were all alarmed at first, but the staff (from the receptionists to the doctor) were all very calm and reassuring. The medical assistant even brought a little pink teddy bear as a gift for our daughter. They all went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful for this; Experiences like this are the reason we continue to return to MD Now for any and all of our medical needs. I definitely recommend this center for all!
