Got to hand it to them for jumping in in an emergency situation. Our well fell in on itself and they came right out to drill another well for us. It was our third week with no water in our house. They put us right at the top of their list to attend to. When they came they even made sure the truck didn't hit the mangoes off the tree. My only complaint is that we have yet to receive a receipt/invoice of the service to get reimbursement from our homeowner's insurance policy. We even paid them extra because we were so appreciative of their promptness. Considering they had put us ahead of other clients that day, we allowed them to leave without giving us a receipt. They said they would mail it, it never came. Phone calls and several emails have not been returned.
