If youre looking for the "new" glitz and glam craze in a dental office then this is not the place for you. I know what Im looking for and that is a dentist that is kind and takes their time to make me feel comfortable, explain things so I can understand, and offer me options if available!
I am petrified of the dentist and because of that I have had several teeth pulled over the years to avoid having a filling or a root canal (just in case your getting a visual of a "toothless wonder", they are all teeth in the back, I would suck it up and have a filling if it were a tooth visible to everyone!). I know that sounds crazy but to me it was the easy way out...quick and over with!
I reluctantly went into Dent-All because I could not bare the pain I had been dealing with on and off for over a year in one of my molars. I seen Dr. Fotek. When she walked in the room I was greeted with a smile and she was so nice to me! She talked me out of pulling yet another tooth because she said I would have nothing to chew on..lol! She was right! I agreed to have a root canal.
A specialist did my root canal about 3 days later in the same office. This was nice because I didn't have to go somewhere else for the root canal. She was also very nice. I was in no pain at all and I still have a tooth there, well a "crown", but its something to chew with!
I have brought my whole family to Dent-All including my 13 year old daughter that is also scared of the dentist and she loves it there. As far as the staff goes - I have no complaints at all! They have never ever been rude to me and have worked with me when it came to rescheduling. They also are very nice! Hope this helped!

This was the worst dental experience ever. The office manager Priscilla is extremley rude. This office cares more about money than their patients. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND INEPT
Enclosed is the copy of the check and my intention to place a review of your practice. I will be placing the below in any local online critique of your business. Your business culture sucks.
This office is extremely inept. I carried over an $11.oo (small zeroes) balance from a previous insurance carrier. I paid the invoice in August of 2011 and have continued to receive bills through December 2011 reflecting non payment of a bill that they have already received and cashed and OBVIOUSLY NOT POSTED TO THEIR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE. I have corresponded with the office staff 3X indicating that this invoice had been paid. So I do not continue to receive future erroneous billing I have forwarded an electronic copy of the check -endorsed by DENT-ALL of PALM CITY at my own expense and my very valuable time. You should consider using another local dental office

I recently visited dent-all. My experience there was great. The front staff was pleasant, friendly and knowledgable. they helped me understand how my insurance worked and what the fees would be. When I was taken to the back, I was a little nervous because I always am at the dentist, but I was made to feel comfortable, and the assistant was very friendly. The doctor I saw, took the time to explain everything I needed to have done and answered all of my questions. When I returned to the front I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they had a specialist in the office that I could see for a root canal and to have my wisdom teeth taken out. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, it's convenient and clean.

After having her braces off, my daughter was advised by her orthodontist to have her wisdom teeth removed and have a labial frenectomy. Our first visit to Dent All resulted in us sitting in the exam room for almost two hours before a harried assistant informed us that they thought my daughter was a no show and had crossed her off of the list. The dentist finally saw us and scheduled the procedures. Following the operation, my daughter's face was swollen up like a balloon. She returned to the office several days later to have her stitches removed. The first thing the attending nurse said was, Oh my, we used the wrong stitches; this is going to hurt. Several minutes later, the dentist arrived and made the same comment. My daughter was extremely uncomfortable, but we thought the unpleasantness was behind us, and off to college she went. When she returned for Christmas break her teeth had a slight gap in them despite the fact that she had been wearing her retainer as prescribed. A visit to her orthodontist was scheduled and revealed that the frenectomy was incomplete and needed to be redone at a cost of $450.00. My daughter was, of course, mortified at the thought of submitting herself to this procedure again. I made an appointment with the head dentist at Dent All to discuss my concerns over the incomplete procedure and to request a refund. Twenty minutes after our scheduled appointment, Dr. Freedman breezed into our exam room without introducing himself, yelled to the nurse for the chart, put on gloves and looked in my daughters mouth. He then began saying that the procedure was done correctly and there is no scientific evidence that supports the removal of the frenectomy to prevent front tooth gapping. He asked if our orthodontist was old then proceeded to inform us that he taught at a prestigious college and he knew the latest techniques. I informed him that part of the muscle was left in her mouth and he refuted that by saying that there is no evidence that the tissue is muscle. He said that my orthodontist could call him and the conversation was over.
At no time during our visit did he see my daughters chart, and his response to my objections was an unprofessional shrug of his shoulders. I absolutely would not patronize this establishment again and I shudder to think that this arrogant man is educating the next generation of dentists.
