        We offer a full schedule of Yoga classes ranging from beginner to advanced flow and also restorative classes. We also have a fully equipped Pilates room for private, semi-private, and group reformer classes and are the only studio in the Desert to offer Anti-Gravity Aerial Yoga. We can also provide private Yoga classes for individual or group either at our studio or at your location. Our teachers are all experienced, certified individuals, who honor each student's space on their mat.         Overall

        Great studio. A lot of liveliness and peace in this room. They surely know what to teach their customers and I can see myself improving in yoga through their teachings.
