RUN AWAY!!! This place is horrible! They tell you false information to get you to buy things that DO NOT WORK and then they DON'T LET YOU RETURN THEM!!



I went in explaining that I had calcium ring around my pool's water line. The woman there suggested I buy a "erase it" and try it out. I was hesitant, because it was an expensive product. She reassured me that I could try it and if it didn't work for me, I could always return it. This made me more willing to try the product and bought it. The stupid thing didn't work. At all. Not even a little bit.



I returned to the store the following day and tried to return the item. I had left my receipt at home so I assumed that I would only get store credit, but I was ok with that. When I brought it in, the guy behind the counter said that because I removed it from the package, I couldn't return it. He also said that even with my receipt, I couldn't return it because I had tried to use it. I explained that the previous clerk told me to try it and return it if it didn't work and he didn't care and suggested that I find another use for it, such as for my toilet. I could think of another use for it, such as using it as a weapon to assault this imbecile clerk, but instead I left, taking my business elsewhere.



We will not return.
