The Center for Medical Weight Loss

I have tried REPEATEDLY just to get an appointment! The staff seems so inept at even making an appointment. I called week after week, day after day. I was hung up on three times, after being on hold for more than twenty minutes, etc., etc., etc. When I finally was given an appointment (be being a real pain in their behinds and calling repeatedly one day then insisting on speaking to the office manager) they later called and cancelled the appointment!!!! Dr. Silva is not being served well by her staff at all.....and, since, i am unable to even get an appoinment....I will not be doing business with them. Such a pity because the program has had fabulous results for a few people I know and I was looking forward to achieving some of the same results through this program. If I could give this rating ZERO STARS, I would! Mary Mattison
