Wrigleys Carpet Care

This place and the owner are frauds. We hired them to clean our large office building on Friday and during the middle cleaning, they ran out of water and spent 20-30 minutes driving around looking for an additional water source. Once they finally returned to complete the cleaning, the two male workers, argued the whole time with one constantly yelling at the other. To make matters worse, when we returned to our offices today, Monday, we noticed a hard, filmy, white residue left that was left on the surface of all the carpet. Additionally, some areas appeared to have been bleached or where cleaning solution had been overused. There was so much dried detergent that you could see the powder even on or wood floors. The soapy pre-cleaning stain spray that they used was sprayed all over and left on the lower portions of several desks, filing cabinets and other office furniture. When I called to request that they come back out to see the condition of the carpet and to see if they could do a rinse of the carpet to remove the excess cleaning solution that remained, I was basically told that I was a liar and that somehow it was our fault that the carpet looked the way it did. The owner, Patrick, spoke to me in the rudest most unprofessional way. I was duped and I paid for this service in cash, otherwise I would have placed a stop payment on our check. This company clearly has issues. They are careless, sloppy, lack attention to detail and have no concept of the word "customer service". STAY CLEAR FROM WRIGLEY'S CARPET CLEANERS!!!!!!
