First Baptist Church

This really upsets me that I talked to Pastor Randy's wife and asked for help because I use to attend their church and relocated back in the area. I am waiting to get some subsized houseing and help through lakeview being I am disabled and have a couple serious chronic illness's. I called to see if they could help me for just a couple month until other help became available, and they told me they only help their own. What is that??? Their own??? I thought all God's people were their own. They don't want to help God's people? When In need? Also the reason I stopped attending that church was because the deacon was spreading rumors about everyone in that church to me. I don't go to church for that. I go to church to hear the Lords word. I had a bunch of toys and things that I got on after christmas specials that i was going to donate to that church for families in need, but they can forget it now. Now i will find someone who cares about everyone to give it to. Maybe a elementary school.
