Definitively a great home inspection that you get your money's worth! After looking at their website on YellowPages.com, I discovered they used infrared thermology, which caught my attention from HGTV. I called Monday, and Greg agreed to the do the inspection Tuesday morning! He was very thorough, informative, and the infrared camera was worth it! Due to the infrared technology, we found out how well the house was insulated, if any electrical issues were present, and identified any water damage. All these things are usually found after you buy the house and start putting holes in the wall! The infrared camera gave us the opportunity to see behind the walls before we purchased the home.
