ZERO STARS after dealing with DAVEY DUARTE (daveyduarte.com), Executive Creative Director of Zeal. Totally unprofessional & flakes! My company posted a job online. Davey responded. We told him rate & needed a Net 30 – he agreed to both & we sent him contract. When we’re getting going he replies: “I’m sorry man I just picked up 6 clients since Monday. I won’t be able to help for another month.” This text was after he agreed to do job & sign contract. I told him this was unprofessional. He insults me as hypocrite & is egotistic: “I have a wife and 2 kids, I have bills. I’m in demand, u can’t expect me to make u a priority if ur not gonna pay. I have $5,000 jobs and I make those clients a priority. I’m artist just as u are. U gotta pay up to stay up or you’re not gonna get quality. That’s the truth. Best.” Davey lied & insulted me after agreeing to contract. Horrible customer service coming from someone running a web company. His attitude, language & lack of follow-through are atrocious.
