Counter Revolution

Run far away from this company!!! Should be rated ZERO stars! This is a sloppily run business that has EXTREMELY POOR customer service. We found them frustrating, mistake-filled, with a lack of interest, no attention to detail, and no sensitivity to our being out-of-town owners trying to coordinate many installations from various vendors:

* The owner came to our place and had no idea why he was there (was supposed to measure)

* They refused to communicate in a timely fashion -- sometimes not at all

* They mis-represented how much sub-contractor services were going to cost

* The sub wanted to be paid in cash when he was done, which caught me completely off-guard. The sub said he told the owner to tell me this, but he did not.

* Their final invoice collected for the sub's service, though I had paid the sub in cash. The owner said this was "a simple mistake", but I have my suspicions.

I highly recommend this company... I am so happy with my new countertops. They were very helpful throughout the whole process and the countertops turned out perfectly.
