Yes, we did have this vehicle for 6 weeks. It arrived at our shop with severe hail damage and also had been involved in a serious accident to the left front corner, suspension and front end. This particular vehicle was also a first year run production, and required that all parts must be purchased OEM from the dealer. Before we could begin repairs, approval from the insurance company had to be obtained (there were two involved) that in itself was a one to one and a half week process. All parts for this job had to be special ordered from the manufacture, we were at their mercy. Once parts arrived and all supplements approved, it was a three week process. We strive here to expedite all repairs while still maintaining quality work. The water leak that was mentioned was actually the windshield gasket. As soon as we got the call regarding this issue we sent a driver with a loaner car for her and I also asked to have a list of any other issues that needed attention and we would address those also. We do understand that having an accident and having to be without your own vehicle is frustrating and stressful. We made every effort to make this customer happy and offered whatever we needed to do to resolve any and all issues.
