Extra Self-Storage Paradise

Questionable ethics! Don't be late one day or else they'll soon clear out your unit and sell your stuff. Plus after many months, suddenly my storage unit was broken into and robbed of EVERYTHING. The facility does not have any cameras. Also, how did a fully filled very large unit get packed and hauled off in a locked gated facility without workers noticing. Their window is right by the gate and they usually watched people going in and out plus they don't allow after hour entry. There had to be multiple truckloads hauled to empty everything out my unit. I later learned that another person had the same type issue and suspects an inside job. My fees were fully up-to-date and the local police were of no help. Beware!

All 1 star reviews must say something about this place. They also feel they have the right to commit FRAUD by charging people for insurance without asking, then charging a $10 late fee on the part of the insurance they charged and you refused to pay because you did not want it. Will be filing for an investigation AND with BBB. Owner said it's not her problem and refused a refund!!

Nobody working there is on the same page, the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing...poor customer service

The office lady is a total fake! My stuff was destroyed by leaks and someone was sleeping in one of the units!! What kind of place let's that happen??
