I've been going to this office for at lest 8 years now and while I've always felt they over priced for the frames I was ok with the doctors and service overall. Today my oldest daughter goes in for an exam and is basically bullied to pay a portion of a bill my OTHER DAUGHTER had from 6 years ago when I was never notified of the balance the multiple times we've been there in the last 6 years. My daughter who was being bullied is not the subscriber of the insurance policy and is not the patient the bill was for so she is NOT responsible for her sisters bill. When I spoke to Maria in the office she blamed it on a new system they now have. Again they were refusing to give my daughter her prescription today unless she paid on her sisters balance. So unfortunately I will never be going back to this eye doctor. I hope their handling of this bill today was worth all of the money they've gotten from us and our insurance over the last 8 years and the potential for them to gain more. Very poor customer service and treatment of patients. You should never bully your patients into paying a bill that does not belong to them and deny them a prescription for something they need. BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE!!
