I dropped my iphone 5 and cracked the screen so I look for places to fix it in Parkersburg. I found Biztec and they had good reviews so I looked further into it. On their website it says they offer iphone glass repair for $49.99 with a picture of an iPhone 4/4s. "Knowing" I go ahead and set up for them to change the screen without asking the total price. (My stupid mistake) There was no price given to me before hand either so I was completely unaware. So, I drop off my phone, go back and pick it up, and the invoice gets handed to me of a total of $211.00!!! Directly, I mentioned the website offer, I was then told that is for iphone 3s which are not even sold anymore. This is false advertisement. While I thought I was getting an awesome deal, I was actually getting ripped off. Oh well, hopefully my mistakes help those unaware.

Biztec has great customer service with high quality work, two things that are hard to fine anymore.
