No.1 Used Auto Sales

Daughter in law purchased a car here lasted 2 days and the transmission failed haven't made 1st payment yet.They didn't give her the required warranty or the required 3 day right to cancel.
They are refusing to fix the issue and are threatening a woman with a newborn baby when she has went over to talk to them.I gave them a chance to fix the issue but to no avil so I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of West Virginia.
Should be 0 stars but not available.
Several laws were broken by this company and they are not trustworthy.
Do not deal with them.

I bought two vehicles through them and had no problems with either one. Staff was always nice to me.

I know people don't usually read reviews this may not be seen. I am going to rate the entire car lot, owner and employees as an F minus.You should be ashamed for ripping people off!! Either you don't inspect your cars or you rig them to run for a month or so and when they break down you blame the driver!!!! Not only do you get the car back to resell it but you get the money they have already paid. GOD DOESN'T LIKE UGLY!!!!!!!! DON'T BUY HERE.

Never buy a car from here. NEVER.
