This is my new favorite place to work out! As a fitness enthusiast one cannot get a better work out anywhere else. The Kick Fit and Kickboxing classes are fun. And you don't need to worry about feeling intimidated if this is your first time trying out kickboxing. The coaches are incredibly skilled and very positive, which translates into an atmosphere of fun and camaraderie among the clientèle. Also the owner Jesse Swain is a true leader! No doubt his business will thrive and everyone in the area will start coming to his new location.
