Shoe City

I visited this location and was greeted by one of the 2 female employees. However, during my brief visit, one of the female employees decided to make rude & crude comments, in reference to transgender people using public restrooms. Which she decided to yell out for me to hear.

I'm not sure if that female employee, assumed I was transgender, and decided to throw insults, (which I'm not), but, what if I was??? All customers, no matter their race or gender, should be treated with respect, and not have to endure rude, unprofessional employees !

Unfortunately, these types of individuals are within many businesses. The issue with businesses that hire these types of ignorant, black females, is that, they give the most horrible customer service, and feel, that if a customer shares the same skin color; it's okay to make rude comments, and give crappy service!

I will report the matter, but, will never return to that location!
