Papa John's Pizza

My wife ordered some pizza, wings and a soda. After 1hr we had to call them and they said the driver just left Well we are in Whippany and its a min ride if you hit every trafic light. Well another 30 mins go by and just before another phone call they showed up. They forgot the soda. My wife called and asked them to credit my CC. They said we can have store credit, no we want it credited back to our card. They said NO. During this conversation I discovered the pizza was wrong. We ordered plain pizza they gave us and charged us for the papa john's special, the pizza was also cold. The manager said we must have ordered it wrong. The wings were ok. Never going to them again. They should change the slogan.
