Hello. This is Dr. Mickenberg. I just read the most horrendous review that was posted back in 2013 by an anonymous reviewer. If the purpose was to hurt my feelings, you succeeded. I have have been in practice over 25 years (in the same location for over 23 years). I have a thriving practice. My one downfall is that after 25 years I have never developed thick skin. I can make 1000 people happy but if 1 person is not satisfied it will bother me for weeks. Most of my reviews are 4-5/5 stars. I am a small solo practitioner. My main employee has been with me over 15 years. When I go to the local stores, I see a my patients who come over and make an effort to say hello and thank me. Apparently, bad reviews can not be removed. Please don't let one anonymous review sway your opinion of me. Ask your friends, neighbors, family doctor if they ever heard of me. I am a fixture in the Pasadena area. I hope you will give me a chance. Thank you.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The ladies at the front desk couldn't be any kinder but Dr. Mickenberg is the polar opposite. He is unprofessional, rude & arrogant. He speaks to his staff in a demeaning fashion, which is never ok , especially in front of patients. He lectured me on how I should never have an ingrown toenail removed that is not causing discomfort while removing one that wasn't causing me discomfort. (What?) Not to mention that his personal appearance is sloppy & his office dirty. Not only will I never return but I would rather dig out my own ingrown toenail with a butter knife.
