Cinnamon Ridge Apartments

The office staff is completely incompetent. There is obviously a lack of communication between the THREE people that work in the office because any time we have to deal with them we get multiple calls about the same issue as if nothing has been documented in our file. We turned in our apartments keys, mailbox key, and a WRITTEN AND SIGNED NOTICE that we were moving out and they still called me at work to ask when I was turning in the keys! Is this a joke?!? I will 100% never recommend anyone to ever live here. This is not the first issue I’ve had with th office staff but thank god it is the last. Save yourself the money and headache and find another complex.

They encourage you to pay the deposit with the regular $50 "application fee," but if for whatever reason you're denied, they keep the deposit as well. Shady business practice to be sure. If you're okay with that, though, there are plenty of roaches to keep your empty wallet company. I recommend avoiding it.
