Jimbo's Plumbing & Heating

The wax ring on the master bathroom toilet was replaced on Jan. 9, 2025. Four days later on Jan. 13th the toilet was rocking when I sat on it. I had to tighten the bolt on the right side of the toilet. The wax ring was replaced on Nov. 21, 2022.the last time. Not sure what is going on but I am very disappointed. Also, it cost me an extra $128.70 more for the same repair as last time,

First of all i want to say i was so impressed that Jimbo answered the phone first thing on a friday morning and had someone at my property within a couple hours and had the issue FIXED! Jimmy and Colby were very professional, courteous, knowledgable and efficient! They went right to the problem area, and showed me exactly what the issue was and got er done! I had already tried 2 other plumbing companies one put me off for 2 weerks saying he was waiting on the utility people (NOT) and the other wanted TRAVEL TIME, Plus wanted me to pay for them to come and LOOK at the problem! So needless to say i am going to HIGHLY RECOMMEND JImbo's for all your plumbing issues!
