As all CUSTOMERS know, we cannot please everyone.

Top Nails is a salon that is very different from other Asian nail salons - we speak English (very well & without an accent) and will thoroughly explain clients' nail issue(s) prior to and after a service, so the client understands and expects any nail issue/mishaps that should occur -and we have clients that will support us in this matter.

I've been going to them for years and have never had a problem with the way they do nails. Plus they are always pleasant.

Awful!!!! My nails were falling off two days after I got them done! When I went back to get them fixed they acted like it was my fault!! Then he told me if they fall off again not to come back! Very rude and unprofessional! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

i just went here just a few days ago and my nails are already braking and lifting, this should not happen until its time for a fill which is every 2weeks, i just got my nails done 2 days ago. i will never go here again. i even read all the posts and thought id give it a try since i just moved here last month and was looking for a new place. i wouldnt even give it a one star but that was my only option

If you want beautiful nails this is the place to go. I tried several other nail places in the tri-cities and I like this place the best. I'm very hard on my nails so they tend to come lose or even off if the job isn't done right. At Top Nails the people take pride in their work (art) and are honest about their abilities and the products they use. If you have a question about nails and they know the answer they will tell you, honestly, without a bunch of hoopla. I highly recommend this business.
