Heatherwood House at Patchogue

I love the location as it’s near main st and in close proximity of pharmacy’s, supermarkets, restaurants etc.. I also like the gym and laundry room.

Friendly staff, convenient location, clean apartment with everything in working order when I moved in.

Very bad experience with Heatherwood of Patchogue. Cops are here every night, needles are found in the parking lot, upkeep of area is sub par, and crime is high. We have currently been in contract since oct of 11 and things have gotten worse since then. You would think that with the police station being right next door, crime would be hindered. Walked outside today to find the front passenger window of my Jeep smashed in. Come to find out there has been multiple drug arrests in the building next to ours. You'd think they might keep an eye on things, maybe hire a security company for a few weeks, nope, thanks heatherwood,

Management is non-negotiable about trying to work things out with their clients and couldn't care less whether or not you feel safe in your own apartment. I'll be certain to tell family and friends about my horrible experience with your company.

WE left a 300.000 dollars deposit for an apt for our daughter who was not approve due to credit and it has been three months we have not yet recieve the money,and every time we call the person name lauren refuses to take our calls.
