I took my 9 year old pit bull into Helen and she diagnosed her with Pyometra and took her in for surgery and said she needed to spay her and remove her uterus well she never explained the risk of surgery and she killed my dog! Helen said she died from the anesthesia that was given to her. The complications that dogs have from surgery and anesthesia were never explained to me. When I picked her up she’s was returned to me frozen in a garbage bag and the staff was rude and totally unsympathetic to me! I would never recommend this office to anyone! I never did get a apology or anything from them and the Staff is terrible about communicating!

Saved our pup after another vet misdiagnosed & almost let it die after we told them the problem. I'm so glad we came here as they are the very best I've ever seen. Thanks for saving our pup. We're now lifelong customers!
