Central Illinois Disposal

Extremely rude, unprofessional, definitely a byproduct of who else are you going to call for garbage pick up. They would constantly go through my trash and pick out stuff they didn't want to take and dump it in my yard. Finally when I was able to catch one of the guys so I could ask what it is they can't take and since they didn't have the common decency to send me something in the mail or leave me a note explaining what they can't take, when I was finally able to ask, the older guy, I'm assuming the owner started pointing his finger at me and yelling at me, so incoherently I couldn't even understand what he was saying and he drove off....... when u call the office the staff sounds like they are intoxicated and very unhelpful..... i wish I could find an alternate trash service for thawville, il

We moved to Gibson city sept 2013. My husband called this company and set up our trash service. Just a couple weeks ago a guy came to our door on a Sunday and said we were not on their route and to call the office. So we did and got no answer. Then that Friday and just this last Friday they would not pick up our trash. So since they wouldn't answer their phone I have tried emailing them and still no response!!! I'm still confused on how they can pick my trash up for almost a year and then all of a sudden not pick it up!?!?!?

Dont Always answer the phone or return messages. I was supposed to get a dumpster on a friday- it wasnt delivered I didnt even get a call with an explanation until the following monday at 1052am to say it would be at least 3 more days and MAYBE it would be available after that. If you arent one of their customers you arent treated very fairly.
