Don't buy as you may need a repair soon afterwards. If you do buyer beware!! I am extremely disappointed with their Manager, Lisa and their customer service. I've purchased many pieces from them including turtle earrings and necklace.

Early this year my necklace broke and I found the turtle earring lost it's inlay foot. I went to the Northshore Mall in Peabody MA for the repair since they guarantee their products. Months went by before I heard anything about the earring. For the necklace they told me it would be 2 weeks, it was 7. The only concession Lisa, the Manager would offer was wait until the earring came in and then she would ship both together. She "thought it would be best". Now today 6 months later, I got the earring with no necklace.

When I said I didn't think it was too much to ask to get it delivered at no charge for the lengthy delay considering the cost of this jewelry, Lisa laughed at me and said she certainly doesn't make the profit on it.
