Royal Nails Peachtree City

This is a great nail salon. Everyone is very kind and courteous.

City, GA is by far the best salon I have used. I have been with Em n shaun They opened their own shop about 5years ago and it is absolutely top notch. First and foremost is it CLEAN. They use all the products only once and throw them away, file , nail buffer, cleaned tools for each client much the way a dentist does. This exactly what I would like for my hands and feet. I have witnessed other salons throw used unclean tools in the autoclave for 10 min.s and reuse on another customer. It wasn't but a week ago some one contracted AIDS through a nail salon royal nail staff takes pride in sterile manicures and pedicures which is a huge +++ for me. Also the manicure and pedicure, gel nails and gel polish are always done with incredible precision. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, every time! I highly recommend Royal Nails n spa in Peachtree City just west of 54 and 74 intersection on 54. You will always be happy and feel that it was money well spent each and every time.

I'm a loyal customer of royal nails and spa in PTC . I been coming to Shaun and Emily for last 3 years they always provide the best service quality work Shaun does beautiful pink and white and knows his craft Emily is great she good at everything, she fix my eyebrow when the shop near Walmart mess them up now my brows are perfect.when I had an issue they will make it right plus they speak perfect English. You should go back there and speak to them cause they warranty their work n will make it right. All my friends and family go here and has a great following. They never rip me off and explain my total each time I check out everytime

I went here with my mother and sister last week. I get manicures and pedicures once every couple of weeks, so I am no novice to nail salons. Here were my gripes with this place:



1. I should have known when I walked into the bathroom and there were still Christmas ornaments up. Mid-April, and they still had not done any spring cleaning.

2. When my sister asked for (in exchange for money) additional massage during her pedicure, one employee (whose voice was muffled by a mask covering her mouth) loudly snickered and complained that her arms were too sore to do massage. Unfortunately, she ended up being the person assigned to do my pedicure.

3. During my pedicure, she continued to talk under her breath and complain about customers.

4. During my pedicure, she also was so rough with my feet that my cuticles bled. I have never in my life wanted a pedicure to end so much in my life (usually it is a pleasant experience).

5. On top of it all, she did a terrible job painting my toe nails. My cuticles are coated in nail polish.

6. With regard to the manicure, the employee who did my manicure reeked of cigarette smoke. I have friends who smoke - it takes a lot to offend me.

7. With regard to the manicure, I requested buff instead of polish. It does not appear that they have a cloth buffer or the cream used to buff nails. Instead, they sanded my nail until it was thin and brittle, leaving ridges, and then barely shinned it a bit with a cheap buffer.

8. When I was waiting for my toes to dry, I noticed that one of my finger nails was jagged. My main concern was that I did not want it to snag my sweater, so I asked an employee if I could use a nail file. She insisted she'd fix it instead herself, which she did not do. I had to borrow my sister's nail file to fix my nail.

9. As they completed our pedicures, I noticed them cleaning with Fabuloso. I agree that Fabuloso smells great, but it does not sanitize.

10. And alas, the worse part of this experience: I GOT ATHLETE'S FOOT ON MY FINGER TIPS. I waited a few days to see if perhaps this was a reaction to their products, but no. I GOT ATHLETE'S FOOT. I don't have athlete's foot on my feet, but somehow I have it on my fingers.



The point: there is nothing redeeming about this salon. Customer service is terrible. It takes forever. The quality of their work is awful. And on top of it all, it's highly unsanitary. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
