Great service, wonderful employees. Will recommend this plumber to all my friends. My water heater started leaking, they came quickly and stopped the leak. Came back and replaced my old heater with a new one. They were on time, friendly, courteous and cleaned up after they left. Heather is a joy to talk to and makes you feel good about the company. I will definitely use them from now on.

I had a water heater that needed to be replaced and these guys did a wonderful job. The water heater was in a really hard spot to get to and they were able to get the job done and relocate it to where it would be easier to get to. They were very clean and tidy, which was most important due to the color of my carpet. Thanks again guys!

These guys are great! I think my search for a great plumbing company is over! They arrived on time and even called me to tell me they were on the way! This is amazing because other companies I have tried, made me wait around all day until they just showed up. The plumber wore booties in my house and let me know exactly what he was going to do to fix my problem. I love this company and would highly recommend their services! -Bev

This place is incredible! The owner called me over the weekend prior to coming out on Monday and spent plenty of time explaining things to me and told me not to hesitate to call back if needed. The guys came out as scheduled and did an awesome job, they were hardworking and courteous. I have already recommended them to everyone I know. I hope I don't need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, these are the guys to call!!

On time, courteous, quick, affordable

My water heater was old, I was no longer receiving hot water, and it needed to be replaced desperately. They brought the water heater themselves, they disposed of my old heater for me, they even cleaned up after themselves, there we NO unexpected hidden charges, and they warranted their work for 3 months. It doesn't get any better than that, thanks Epic for doing a great job and sticking to your word! Mel

Their prices are competitive and are worth the customer service you will receive. I have been using them for the last 2 years for repair work and have always been satisfied with what they do. I've had Epic Plumbing out to my house a couple of times in the last few years to take care of basic plumbing problems like running toilets and clogged drains, and have to say that Epic is hands-down the best plumbing company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are exceptionally professional, fair-priced, honest, and friendly to boot! Todd, the owner, obviously takes pride in choosing the best guys for the job. They all look and smell clean and -- best of all -- no b**t-crack! :-) Todd has even taught me how to clean the gunk out of my own sink so I don't have to keep calling (& paying) him every 6 months or so to take care of this simple task (tho', what I find in there is gross enough that I'm tempted to pay him to clean it out for me, anyway!). I would recommend Epic Plumbing without hesitation, and have several times -- all my friends use Epic now!!

They arrived on time, were courteous, prepared and clean. They wore booties over their shoes when they came into my house and cleaned up after themselves. The plumber had all of the necessary parts that were needed and he was also very polite.

Called Epic Services out look at a water leak in my attic. They were very professional and fixed the leak and cleaned up after themselves. Planning on replacing two toilets in the near future and will call them to do the work.
