Update ppl.!!! Idk about others experiences, but i been living here for almost 2 years and its a quiet place. Manager is very strict but doesnt get in your bussiness like others i known that are watching every move you make. And i know im right because when i moved here they had many available spots, now its almost completely full.

find some where else. ir your renting a trailer they expect you to do all the work in side and out of the trailer. heres a clue if your a renter its the manager/owners responsibility for the upkeep of the trailer inside,why should i have to put my money in a place that i will be moving out of in a year or so it make so sense. it you say and make promises you better damn well keep them .other wise your gonna get negative reviews.

You should reconsider, this property has been under new management for over a year now. As the new Property Manager i must say it has been a challenge but things are really turning around. While in the process of restructuring this park, we have eliminated many of the problem areas on this property and begun to add many new residence and new homes to this park. I would say the long term residence in this park are alot happier and i believe you would find us a great choice to place your new home, while we continue to improve our reputation and looks.
