After having 3 different companies for an inspection, i couldn't tell who was actually giving me an accurate report, till Mr Howard took over an hour to complete the inspection, none of the others crawl the attic, or area underneath my house, i honestly can said this young man is doing an ethical work, we are very happy with the service, and price.

We called Chris to evaluate and ended up using Chris as a consultant. He was honest, reliable and provided valuable solutions to our problem. He worked with us throughout the process and stayed to ensure implementation of the solutions. We would recommend his services as he is direct and honest, something that's hard to find these days. His company does both liquid and fumigation for termites but after listening to him he has the best interest of the homeowner in mind. He made me feel comfortable with the decision to fumigate my home over the liquid treatment. He made the process painless. I can tell you that he and his team are honest and have integrity.
