Inside Out Furniture

My husband and I have bought a unfurnished condo in Perdido Key, FL and we went into, Inside Out furniture store and have filled our new condo with their beautiful furniture at excellent prices and our designer Josette Pindel there made us feel welcome and helped us graciously through every piece of furniture explaining warranty and the care. We are so happy we found this store as they have created a warm and inviting, beautiful home for us here. We highly recommend InsideOut Furniture.

Do not shop here. Very unprofessional. Purchased a couch that was delivered to me broken. After trying several times to get the manager on the phone, finally got him and he was very very rude. Raising his voice with me, then hung up. I called back after a few and he finally agreed to send a tech out to look at the sofa. The tech, a very nice young man, came out at found that the sofa was broken, probably beyond repair. He took video and pictures and sent to his boss. Days later after hearing nothing I called to follow up, the manager, again being very rude was adamant that they would not take the sofa back but ordered a part to fix it. Three weeks later, still no part, and no word from them. Called back just now, and got the run around again. Not a good business, clearly don't care about the customer after they get your money. I'd stay far far away.
