Peoria Cab Co

I had to be picked up from my work place and after 30min of waiting I called the company and they told me that the cab could not come right now without even apologizing or giving me a time at which it would be available. They are very rude on the phone and they have absolutely no respect for the customer

They have an app, Nextaxi, it's awesome. I can order, track, and pay for my cab.

Great company!! Cars are clean, run well, and they typically show up on time for me. Love some of their drivers, sweethearts.

very reliable. many new cabs to choose from. will take request and send requested taxi's. has flat rate offer's for many long trips. nice driver's

Don't waste your time.. I've used them over a period of several years.. always like to think maybe it was just that driver.. I've had serious issues with dirty drivers/sever BO .. I've had times i've called 3-4 hours in advance.. and they don't show or show 15-45 mins late before I've given up.. when you call that far in advance.. they need to .. SHOW UP.. had times that after the 3-4 hour notice.. they've been 45 mins late and they've just said.. welll...... do you want me to try and send a cab??? just beyond horrid service.. there's a lot better out there like river city that drove me home tonight after I was on hold w/ yellow checker for over 10 mins.. just don't waist your time

I have been using this cab service for about 2 weeks to travel to and from an internship. I cannot even count the numerous times the service has been late picking me up. I think the longest I have waited already has been over 30 minutes and I am a scheduled, frequent customer. This cab service does not deserve your money because they are unreliable and inconsiderate of their customers' needs.
