My friend and I called for appointments for an 11:00 time slot. When I made the appointments, I specifically asked for both appointments at 11 as we had other plans for the day. When we showed up there were 2 women working and we were told to choose our colors. As we were doing this another woman came in for an 11:00 appointment. At this time we were told that one of the women would be giving us our pedicures back to back. We explained that this was not acceptable as we made appointments specifically together. This did not seem to matter at all. Unfortunately, this is the second time this has happened. Three of us made appointments a few months ago for the same time and the same thing happened - the place was very busy and we had to wait quite a while for our pedicures, and they were staggered. I absolutely will not be going back again - an appointment obviously means nothing this this establishment.
