Perkasie Borough Police Department

I called today and asked if they have a leash law in Perkasie. The lady said that answered the phone, Yes they do, well then I told her that the corner of 5th and Market, the bottom apartment had there Pit Bull running around. She asked me if the yard was enclosed I said no. Then she said she send an officer down. Well never came. It's ok if the dog wonders in your yard, and poops in it, and growls at you! Right?? Who was on March 10,2013?? No one?? They leave it loose at night when they're at there car's. And at times during the day!!!! Never will call again, let the dog bite someone. Then what will happen......So it's ok for dogs to run whenever they want too! And that dog will bite someone!!!!
