Ed Schmidt Auto Group

I took my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix to the service center for a 1:30p appointment to run a diagnostic on my a/c. After four and a half hours of waiting they told me they hadn't run the diagnostic and had to hold the car for the night. The next afternoon, after over 24 hours with my car they said they found the problem and could have it fixed by the end of the day. I told them to go ahead and then at the end of the day they call to tell me it still isn't done and I have to wait the whole weekend to get the car back because even though they have Saturday hours posted, they claim there is no one there on the weekend. So I am stuck without my car for four days while waiting on something that should have taken one day at max! I am so disgusted and beyond irritated at the moment. They will never get my business again and I will be sure to tell everyone to avoid this place!
