They installed some windows for me and they leaked before the warranty expired. Instead of owning up to faulty installation, which was the cause for the leak, they charged me for fixing their mistake. It has been over a year and they still send me invoices. I sent them a letter telling them why I wasn't going to pay them. Their response was I do owe them the money because they have a stellar reputation within my community. That doesn't even make sense. I would not recommend them for digging as much as a grave. I am bothered that my home's foundation was built by them.
