Businesses like these are vice versa when it comes to staff and client Reliance and the staff make sure when they walk in that door from morning till night non stop positive encouragement and love and energy and you can see the daily effort from the staff to make sure every action moment comment acrivity and meal is prepared and utilized and finished with the goal always being the residents and never have i seen a staff member force an opinion or an attitide that wasnt 100% positive love and encouragement to one of the residents everyone is treated like people and the professionalism of the staff to keep 100% composure is what true hospitality and commitment is...please even if to just verify this review take 5min and see for yourself, you never know one day you may require a resource like this facility. And knowing your surrounded by an attentive and positve staff will be comforting for you or your loved one...

As a former employee, I loved the residents here. I loved working here. But for anyone looking for a job... DO NOT APPLY HERE. Nothing but drama. Would you like to be in middle school again? Because you will if you get hired. Some CNA's got away with murder because the RN would rather be their BFF than do her job. A couple of them should have been terminated for the things they got away with. And the management! Does throwing a tantrum when things don't go your way sound like a manager thing to do? Or a toddler? How about blowing up at employees because you can't handle your position of power? Honestly, I have no idea how this is still going on, even to this day. Everyone with a position of power in this place needs to be evaluated!! I have seen more professionalism from clerks at a GAS STATION than with most of the employees at this facility. I was embarrassed to be a part of it.
