Called to ask for information on floor refinishing and request a quote. The owner returned the call after several days and said he was really busy and couldn't do the work until July- which is when I wanted it done. He was supposed to come by to see the floor and give a quote, made an appointment which he said was the only time he could come by, and called a few hours before arrival time to say he couldn't come because he had a baseball game. He just didn't seem interested in getting our business. Needless to say, we won't be reappointing.
