These are lovely friendly people who do everything to see you are comfortable and at ease shopping or getting repairs done. They treat everyone the same, I like that.

They did an amazing job creating a custom made wedding band for my engagement ring. I looked everywhere for a matching band for my ring but could not find anything. They suggested a custom made wedding band, explained the process to me, and gave me a very reasonable price. A few weeks later I had a beautiful ring that I can't wait to wear for the rest of my life!

My boyfriend & I made the trip to Jewelers Row from the Jersey Shore to shop for an engagement ring, we stopped into a few stores and Harzin was one of them. Susan Newman helped us, she was wonderful. She sat down with us and helped us pick out a ring. After I selected a few I liked, she started pulling ones she thought I might like, throwing in a few that were a little different from the "style" I was looking for. (which I really liked because the ring I ended up liking the most wasn't what I was originally looking for) I tried on at least 25 different settings and then she picked out a loose diamond to place into each of the settings to narrow down the choices. She was very patient with us and didn't mind spending the time to pick out the "perfect" ring. She was very educated about diamonds and let us use the scope to show us the difference between a good diamond and a "bad" diamond. She was very respectful of our budget and wasn't pushy at all. I definietly recommend stopping at Harzin if you are looking on Jewelers Row.
