This place is great if you'd like to work with an unprofessional managerial staff. It took them 3 months to get our security deposit back, after they drained it with inflated charges. I had to deal with 3 different "managers" before I ended up just working with the owner because of their ineptitude. The owner is going to drop them from managing his property, so that should say it all. Kershaw & Esposito should be avoided at all costs!
