We have a lovely house of six large, furnished bedrooms for a wonderful variety of people. St Joseph Univ. is just one block from us with and convenient public transportation to UPenn, Drexel, and Temple. SEPTA’s Overbrook Station is a 3-block walk and then its 2 stops to downtown Philly. We have a communal vegetarian kitchen and meat is allowed in the bedrooms with their own mini-fridge and microwave, and there are great eat-out options in the area. It’s a no smoking, no alcohol, and no pets household. Great common areas for visiting, hosting, playing chess, or just hanging out with a book and enjoying the free tea and coffee. It’s a nice quiet atmosphere great for students and professionals alike. Strong WiFi FIOS service throughout the house. There's also all day on-street parking and off-street parking in our driveway. There are also many neighborhood spiritual options – several temples, churches, and even a Sufi Fellowship nearby, and down the road is even the seminary where the Pope recently slept! Monthly rent ranges from $750 to $950, all utilities included. The higher priced room has its own private bath and the others share a common bathroom per floor.
