Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Sunday night our laundry room was under water and we didn't know why! My hubby figuered out a block in our pipes outside SOMEWHERE... We had to suck up GALLONS of water from the floor-thank goodness for our wet and dry vac!

We were in a bind, couldn't even wash our hands! We called a local company but they couldn't come out for 24 hours- though they promised they were available 24/7. We called Roto-Rooter of Bristol, and they gave us a 2 hour time- the tech was here in 1 hour!! We were happy and relieved.

Abdul was professional, nice, and respectful to our property, our dogs and us!! He knew what he was doing and went immediately to work after giving us the base price, (which was a bit higher than the other... but hey they came right out and they are NOT a local company but a national company...so we agreed immediately!)

Given the age of the house, >50 yrs, we expected THE WORST! And what did we know... they could have robbed us in service!

The tech, Abdul, who I can't say enough positive things about, was quick and thorough. He dug up a bit of the lawn and replaced the divet quickly and neatly-hard to find it.

He came in and explained the issue and then told us the we are guaranteed for 6 months! YIPPPEEEE!

We are so relieved and so happy with this company we want everyone to know!

Started later than scheduled. Exceptionally deep excavation. Backhoe operator carelessly dumping the dirt all over rest of yard. Filling in hole took out a third of hedge and three other large bushes. Yard looks as if it was bombed. Sidewalk patch now a serious trip and fall. They take no responsibility. Horrible experience. Can not recommend this company.

The technician, Sam, was excellent. Very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. Needed a backed up soil pipe cleared, and it was done quickly. The service was more expensive than necessary for the type of work done (reason for only 4 stars), but that's a fixed amount that the tech doesn't set. Had such a great experience talking with Sam and learning from him that I consider it worth it. Also, the office was responsive and immediately resolved the issue when I realized I had forgotten to show a coupon at time of service.

I called they came out. Very professional clean up behind was excellent good prices im so satisfied.

The service was a little delayed, but the company was prompt in giving me a heads up on their ETA. The service rep was professional and resolved my issue right away (leaking drain valve on the water heater). He also took the time to help me find the water line to my outside hose for no additional charge. Very satisfied with the visit!

I was extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of Rotor-Rooter. Starting my Monday morning work week with a burst pipe, they came in less than 2 hours and made the repair. I was able to go to work for most of the day after thinking I was going to lose a whole day waiting for repair.
