Superb atmosphere ....good quality and best service

Restaurant is very very good and clean.

NOT WORTH IT. This place opened over week ago and needs more time to feel out its customers and staff.

1.This place needs a good year to adjust to its customers and staff or fire the entire staff and start over.

2.It seems that while the staff has experience from other restaurants. I noticed that the staff looked down on a few of the customers they knew from those restaurants they had worked at in the past. I over heard the bartender even comment about a customer, that he is now worth less than before so the tips are going to even cheaper. (Madoff investor)

3.The staff needs lots of work to keep quiet when around other customers.



The Food. Well I have been to a Roy Rogers drive thru and even enjoyed a hamburger at 2 am in the morning after a few drinks. But the steak was just ok and the sides were cold even after I sent them back it got cold and hard quickly (maybe micro). The wine list is above average but all you have to do is put a wine list together and stock the bottles. The service made me feel like I was at a drive thru. They wanted to wait on the NEXT customer/table. I don’t have much to say that would be nice about my experience.



What I can say nice about the place is the easiest thing that anyone can say about a place like this. Just walk in to the Restaurant and the old world charm and feel of the building just stands out. This building is magnificent inside. After eating at Union Trust you can bank on it that if you put a Roy Rogers in that building it would be the same. CHECK PLEASE Lisa D.
