General Info: Alpha Public School District, located in Alpha, N.J., formulates a variety of policies for the school district. The policies include cafeteria guidelines, discipline issues, tardiness, dress code, attendance and unexcused absences. The district organizes a variety of cultural activities, such as percussion performance, theater week, puppet show, musical performances and folk songs. Alpha Public School District also publishes a grade school gazette. Additionally, the district holds regular meetings with the parent-teacher association. Its cafeteria serves a variety of dishes, including grilled cheese sandwich, tomato soup, baby carrots, cheese and salsa, steamed rice, fruitcup, personal pan pizza, whole kernel corn, chilled pears, buttered noodles, fresh carrot sticks and fruit juice.
